Let them unwind with an Aussie Sport Party and have fun with Aussie's best ball sports plua heaps of other activities We will come to your club, local park or big backyard and run the fun while you sit back and relax. What does it cost? $250 for our more popular 2 hour parties. All your other most frequently asked questions are answered in full further below. This party is only suitable for 6-12 year olds. It is not suitable for teenage or senior teams. If you're after fun for the whole club we have what you need at - www.strikepower.com.au The party fun activities they get to enjoy include:SPEED GAMES - This is individual fun where they can see how fast they can throw, kick or hit into our sports speed booth. Favourites are throwing, soccer, footy, tee-ball, tennis and cricket slogging. A full list of speed activity options is below. As these activities happen within a booth there are no stray balls. GIANT SOCCER BALL FUN - When we bring this 1 metre ball out the response is "WOW" followed by a "mad minute" as the kids all try to be the first to kick, push or jump on it, They then enjoy goal kicks, distance kicks, a time challenge and other fun activities. CHOOK SPORTS - The kids go crazy over the fun we have created with the humble rubber chicken. As every child gets their very own squawking chook it will get noisy. So be warned! Some of the activities include "speedy chook", "chook chuck, "astro chook" plus the hilariously funny "raining chickens". We'll also gather the kids and their chooks together for you for that special party photo moment. OUTDOOR GAMES - If they are 6-8 yo's there are "tradtional" sack races, egg 'n' spoon races and 3 legged races. We also have noodle games, target games, running races, relay races, maxi rocket launcher fun, mini soccer balls galore and lots more. Older kids also get to enjoy some dodgeball action. Since most parties are for 2 hours they never get through all of our 50 activity options. But we always make sure they enjoy their favourites.By the way this fun is not just for children. How much does it cost? Do you do parties after school? Yes. Generally with a 3.30pm or 4pm start.Won't the balls damage the garden? No. The only risk is from the big soccer ball but we will not bring it if it is of concern. All other balls are either thrown, kicked or hit from directly in front of the Speed booth. We do not give the children the opportunity to miss the booth. The Speed booth area required is 2.4m wide and 6m deep. Outdoor games need at least 30m length and 10m width but we have worked with less. Most of our parties are held in parks, The rest are either in big backyards or on acreage proprties Yes but we do have modify some activities for the children's safety.Can you stop for food and drinks? We will plan the fun around your requirements. You can have a short break between sessions or even a half time break. Sometimes the food and drinks are setup near the Speed booth so the children can literally graze while having fun.What if it is raining or it is likely to rain? A brief shower is not a problem but a constant downpour is. Should bad weather be expected you can postpone or cancel. If it is a backyard party and there is room for the Speed booth under the patio or in the garage we can still proceed. The party is then mainly about having speed fun. We have successfully done many such parties. Yes.Do you have liability insurance cover? Yes. We have $10 million public liability insurance cover.Do I need to supply the sports equipment? No. Do the children need to wear special clothing? We suggest a sun hat and covered shoes suitable for kicking in.Can older and younger children join in the fun? YesHow do you measure the speeds? We use the same technology used at Wimbledon and at Test Cricket for measuring ball speeds. This equipment can measure the speed of almost anything that moves. The children can see how fast they are instantly on our large speed display board which we setup directly behind the Sports Party booth.
