One moment they'll be enjoying egg n spoon races the next they'll have a big ball bounced off their belly! This party will also be less stressfull for you because we run all the fun and games Apart from topping them up ocassionally with drinks and nibbles you can sit back and relax. There are 3 party choices. A 45 minute party for ages 4-5; a 70 minute party for ages 6-7 or a 100 minute party for ages 8 and over. Park parties are always the best parties as the more space the kids have the more fun it is. Yard parties are possible for 4-6yo's providing you have at least 10 metres wide x 15 metres long of clear space plus the kids don't have access to outdoor play equipment during the activities. For an indoor venue party see "Plan B" in the FAQ section below Most parties are a mix of boys or girls. If it's all boys or all girls the activities will differ a little. This is because we know girls simply want to have fun while boys want it more "full on"

Call John on 0418 151 874 or complete an enquiry form. No deposit is required. Payment is on the day by cash. If you haven't chosen a park yet that's fine. You can still book your party now and advise the park location later on What time can you do a party? Starting anytime from 9am to 10am, 12-30pm or from 2-30pm on. Suggestion. Have the invite start time 30 minutes before we begin the activities so no one misses the start of our fun Do you do after school parties? Yes. Generally with a 3-30pm, 3-45pm or a 4pm start. Do you supply invitations? Yes. For your free party invitations click on "Chuck the Chook" in the green box to your right. You will find a pdf from which you can print 2 invites per A4 page When choosing a park what should I look for? A flat open area for activities, a bit of shade, table and definitely toilets. NEVER set up near a playground as it will be a huge distraction. The further away you are from the playground the better the party will be Do the children need to wear special clothing? Hats for sun protection and shoes suitable for running Do you stop for food and drinks? The 45 minute party is non stop but we recommend you have drinks on standby for whenever they are thirsty. The 70 minute party includes a 10 minute "half time" break for drinks, nibbles and a breather. The 100 minute party has a 5 minute break every 30 minutes. We suggest you leave any hot food and the birthday cake till we finish. What if it's raining or likely to? A passing shower isn't a problem but a constant downpour is. If the forecast is "rain" you can consider "Plan B", postpone to another date or cancel If you cancel there is no penalty fee. A final decision can be left till a few hours before the party if need be. "Plan B" - Activities can be run indoors at the following venue types: school hall or undercover area; indoor cricket centre; sports centre; PCYC; YMCA; community hall; church hall; scout hall or girl guides hall. The bigger the kids or larger the group the more space is needed. A dozen or so 6yo's in a scout hall would work but obviously not with 10yo's or say 20+ x 6yo's. For that age or number a basketball size court area is more suitable Do you have a Blue Card / Liability insurance? Yes Do you supply food / prizes? No |
