Birthday Party Fun for 8 year old Boys and Girls
A Crazy Sports Party for 8 year olds has tons of fun and games that both boys and girls love to play. This party is full of non contact sporty fun and games galore. Not only will we keep them active but also entertained. So expect lots of excitement, loads of laughter and plenty of noise. During the party they will enjoy well over 20 activities which are a mix of wacky sports fun, traditional fun and games, speed fun and our incredibly popular Crazy Chook games plus Giant Soccer Ball antics This fun is definitely NOT just for boys. We have run many very successful all girls and mixed parties too They have 3 great party choices - a 70 minute party; a 100 minute party (the most popular) and a 135 minute party. All include regular breaks for drinks and nibbles. What does it cost? (Any other questions you may have are answered further below)
The more rom the children have to enoy the activites the more fun they will have. That is why we find parties that are held in a park are always the best parties Backyard parties will only ever work if you have lots of opn space and no distractions like trampolines. Because we know how spirited boys are and how girls just want to have fun we have come up with different party formats for each. If it is a mixed party, which most are, we have that covered too
Below is some more information on the fun they can expect SPEED GAMES - Using a speed gun they will find out just how fast they can throw, kick and hit. The big favourites are soccer kicks and tee-ball slogging and simply pegging the ball. GIANT SOCCER BALL FUN - When we bring out this big 1 metre big ball their first reaction is "WOW" .They then have fun with either goal kicks, distance kicks, chesting the ball or poison ballteam. They especially love it when we have them lie down and the ball squashes them. CRAZY CHOOK GAMES - The kids go crazy over the fun we have come up with rubber chickens. Every child gets a squawking chook so expect lots of noise. Favourite activities are "chook chuck" and "raining chickens". We also get the children and chooks together for you for that special party photo moment. To help the kids "bond" with their new best friend all have a name.e.g. Drumstick, Noodles, Egg Head, Bonkers, Crazy, Cackles, Kay-ef-see, Chooky, Chicky Babe, Wing Nut, Snack Pack, Syko, Nugget etc. WACKY SPORTS & TRADITIONAL GAMES - They will enjoy some traditional games with egg n spoons, jumping sacks or 3 legged races OR some totally "wild n wacky" fun with mini vortex's, mini chooks, mini soccer balls, thongs and a giant rocket launcher. Frequently Asked Questions How do I make a booking? Call John on 0418 151 874 or complete our enquiry form. No deposit is required. Payment is on the day; preferably by cash. If you haven't chosen a park yet that's fine. You can still book your party now and advise the park details later on. What times can you do a party? Starting anytime between 9am and 10am or from 2-30pm onwards. Suggestion- Have the kids arrive about 30 minutes before we begin so all can be there for the "kick-off" Do you supply invitations? Yes. For your free party invitations click on "Chuck the Chook" in the green box to your right. You will find a pdf from which you can print 2 invites from each A4 page Do you do after school parties? Yes. Generally with a 3-30pm, 3.45pm or 4pm start. When choosing a park what should we look for? Toilets are a definite followed by tables, shade and a reasonably flat open area for activities. NEVER setup near a playground as it will be a big distraction. Do the children need to wear special clothing? Hats for sun protection and shoes suitable for kicking. Can you stop for food and drinks? They will have 5 minute breaks every 30 minutes for drinks, nibbles and a breather. We suggest you leave any hot food and the birthday cake till we finish Do you supply prizes? No. If you wish to give prizes we recommend it be done at the end of the party and that everyone gets one. If done during the party we find some children do stress over when or if they will get a prize. A prize then becomes more important than having fun. What if it is raining or likely to rain? A passing shower is not a problem but a constant downpour is. If the forecast is "rain" you can postpone or cancel. There is no cancellation fee. The final decision can be left till a few hours before the party if need be. Do you have a Blue Card / Liability insurance? Yes |
