8th Birthday Party Fun and Games for Boys and Girls
An Aussie Sport Party has tons of fun and game activities that 8 year old boys 'n' girls love to play. Your child's party will be full of sporty fun and crazy wacky games galore; have heaps of variety and lots of laughter. You can expect them to have fun with well over 20 activities during the party Because we know how spirited boys are and how girls just want to have fun we have devised different party formats for each. If it is a mixed party; which many are; we have that covered too. While we run the fun side of the party all you really need to do is keep up the supply of food and drink. If you would like to know what other parents have to say about our parties please click here . If you're not sure if this would be suitable for girls read the testimonial from Wendy. What does it cost? You have 3 choices. A $220 "short" 70 minute party or $250 for our most popular 100 minute party or $295 for the "long" 135 minute party. All are for up to 20 children and include regular breaks for drinks, nibble and a breather. All your other questions are answered further below If your weekends are busy we have a cheaper 70 or 100 minute After-School Party at $195 or $225 The more space the kids have for activities the more fun it will be for them. We can run the party in your backyard but for their maximum enjoyment we really do recommend you have this party in a park A problem with a backyard party is 8yo's are very easily distracted by trampolines, swings, cubbies, etc The main party fun activities the children will get to enjoy include: GIANT SOCCER BALL FUN - When this 1 metre ball is brought out their immediate reaction is "WOW" followed by an excited frenzy. They love it when we have them lie down like a train track and play "Squash Ya Ball" on them. This is usually followed by goal shots followed by their big favourite- Poison Ball WACKY GAMES & TRADITIONAL GAMES - It's wild n wacky crazy fun with mini vortex's, mini chooks, mini soccer balls, tee ball slogging and a giant rocket launcher OR some "normal" games like 3 legged races, egg n spoon games, jumping sacks, relays etc. Boys prefer the wacky sports while girls enjoy both CRAZY CHOOK GAMES - The kids go crazy over the games we have created with the humble rubber chicken. Every child gets their own squawking chook so expect noisy mayhem. Activities include "speedy chook", "chook chuck plus the extremely funny "raining chickens". We also get the children and chooks together for you for that special party photo moment. So kids can bond with the new best friend all are named e.g. Weirdo, Syko, Bonkers, Noodles, Drumstick, etc SPEED GAMES - It's speed gun fun to see how fast they can either throw, kick, slog, run or even how quick their "Kung Fun Panda" punch is! They may even get to hold the gun to measure the others efforts We are flexible with party activities. For example if your child loves soccer let us know when you book the party and we will include extra soccer activities to make their birthday party even more special For free party invitations click on "Chuck the Chook" in the green box to your right

Frequently Asked Questions How do I make a booking? Call John on 0418 151 874 or complete our enquiry form. No deposit is required. It is simply payment on the day by cash or cheque. If you haven't chosen a park yet it isn't a problem. You can go ahead and book your party now and advise the park details later on. What times can you do a party? Anytime between 8am and 10am or from 2-30pm onwards. Suggestion- Have the children arrive about 15 minutes before our activities start so all can be there for the "kick-off" Do you do after school parties? Yes. Generally with a 3-30pm or 4pm start. It is also cheaper How many children should I invite? We can run a party for any number up to 20 which includes the birthday child and siblings. Please note we only bring enough gear to cater for 20 children. If there are more than 20 some will be unable to participate in various activities as we would not have enough balls etc. to go around. This would cause some children to become very upset. When choosing a park what should we look for? Toilets are a definite followed by tables, shade and a reasonably flat open area for activities. Try not to setup near a playground as it can be a big distraction. Do the children need to wear special clothing? Hats for sun protection and shoes suitable for kicking in. Can you stop for food and drinks? They will have 5 minute breaks every 30 minutes for drinks, nibbles and a breather. We suggest you leave any hot food and the birthday cake till we finish Do you supply prizes? No. If you wish to give prizes we recommend it be done at the end of the party and that everyone gets one. If done during the party we find some children do stress over when or if they will get a prize. A prize then becomes more important than having fun. How many run the activities? Just one. Parents who want to help out are very welcome. What if it is raining or likely to rain? A passing shower is not a problem but a constant downpour is. Should bad weather be expected you can postpone or cancel. There is no cancellation fee. The final decision can be left till a few hours before the party if need be. Do you have a Blue Card / Liability insurance? Yes |
